

Futureproof your mind by connecting with the source of wellbeing now
I believe it is now urgent for us to connect with the source of our wellbeing and strengthen that connection. Coaches, teachers and therapists don't normally mention this urgency. But the world is changing very fast and personally I intuitively feel it's time.
Being able to connect with and feel robust and sustained wellbeing - and with the mental and emotional resilience that a foundation of wellbeing gives - has never more necessary than now.
We are living through unprecedented and monumental changes in the journey of humanity. Societies and systems everywhere are becoming more unstable and more unreliable. This is a fact. I can't prove it to you, but I believe it's fair comment to say that the majority of people intuitively know what's happening, or at least get a sense, even if they don't want to think about it. Humanity is under a heavy weight of its own making. Most of us feel it.
I urge you to begin (or carry on) preparing yourself for the huge changes to come in our world - either with my support, someone else's, or independently - so that you can cope with and handle the challenges to come with the inner strength, authentic positivity and resilience that forging a strong connection to the source of our wellbeing creates. I often call it 'futureproofing' the mind.
