There is no other sustainable way to connect with the source of our wellbeing and stay connected other than to master our fears.
We all have a 'mind-made self'. It's the part of us that makes itself known through that often incessant 'voice in our heads' that comments on and judges everyone (including ourselves) and everything that comes along, all day, every day, whether we want it to, or not! This voice in our heads drives and fuels all our emotions, but particularly our fears.
Know that this fickle voice is part of us, but again it's 'mind-made': it is not our true self.
On a physical level, we're all completely unique - and 'special' in that sense. But our differences are really only skin deep (as they say).
However, our minds seize on and identify with that physical uniqueness and lead us to believe we are unique on a mental, emotional and inner level. We are not.
The essence of connection with others
Our mental-emotional 'wiring' may vary depending on what we've been through, and we all have our own story of course, but the deeper you go, the more we are all the same and on the level of essence/spirit/soul, we are one - like spokes of a wheel all joining at the hub. This is the essence of connection with our deeper selves and others - and what makes us truly happy.
However, if we have a strong and dominant voice in our head that tricks us into believing we're separate (and, for example, 'better' or 'worse' than others), then we alienate ourselves from others, our essence and the essence of life. We feel cut off, disconnected, alone and lonely - this feeling and the belief we're separate breeds untold fear and unhappiness.
Mastering fears to find the bliss
Therefore, in Self Mastery & Wellbeing Coaching I will first and foremost help you ~ in a compassionate way ~ to identify your mind-made self and how it drives thoughts, beliefs and emotions in ways that erode your wellbeing and make you unhappy. This is the first stage of supporting you in making a stronger connection with your soul/spirit essence and with the peace, joy and ultimate bliss that is its nature. This will be a liberating and enlightening process. It will be fast or slow, depending on how ready and willing you are to let go of identification with fear. It will be at your pace.
As you progress, you will find yourself becoming more peaceful, clear, intuitive, decisive, resilient, patient, assertive, confident, self-respecting and compassionate and, yes, happy. You will know yourself, your purpose and potential in life more clearly and I can coach you to fulfil this as much as you need me to.
How I work
I will work with you in a totally person-centred (bespoke) way and in a non-judgemental, non-critical way. In a warm, accepting and compassionate way and in a professional way - because boundaries are an important part of the work.
